Video: An Intimation of Spring with Dandelion, Kale, Swiss Chard and Collard Greens

My dear brothers and sisters,

At this moment we re still striving to bring back our almond butter. It is better for you than peanut butter because almonds are richer in vitamin E( which is important for skin and cell protection), magnesium and calcium.

In addition, almonds are richer in heart - healthy, monounsaturated fats, which are linked to improved cholesterol levels. We will keep you advised as we bring almond butter back.

Here’s your opportunity to stock up on Tahini, Walnut Butter, Cashew Butter, Hemp Heart Butter, Flame Raisins, Thompson Seedless Raisins and Brazil nuts.

Our delight to share with you some articles that pulsate.

First, we create a living juice. We start with dandelion greens and then celery followed by several types of kale. Swiss chard, of course, and then collard greens, a close cousin of kale. We conclude with juicing an orange. There you have it, a juice brimming with vitality.

Then the people with the Epic Gardening Ecosystem wax ecstatic on what to plant in May. Kevin begins with bunching onions or scallions and Jacques tells us of cantaloupes. Then Meg talks of the importance of bush beans and Black Eyed Peas. She goes on to show us why raspberries are container friendly and Kevin tells of the delights of tomatillos. Shanne shows us how to plant ginger and Kevin concludes with squash- both summer and winter.

Then Dr. Mercola's cellular wisdom group talk about replacing ultra processed foods with fermented foods. These include sauerkraut, kimchi, yogurt, and Kiefer. This is a celebration of how fermented foods transform gut health.

We follow with how the Amish grow peas. Their high density plantings double the producing life of the pea; a high density planting of peas isn't competing- it's cooperating.

We would appreciate your comments and suggestions.

Please accept our best wishes for good health, prosperity, and success to you and your family,
