We celebrate with a sunchoke and sweetcorn salad. Sunchokes are delicious raw, baked or steamed. They are  easy to grow and can still be planted in September. We grate sunchokes along with beets and carrots and then toss in some sweet corn kernels for a salad resplendent with vivacity.

Next, Ben with Growveg, tells how even in June we can plant some magnificent vegetables. This includes purple broccoli, rutabaga, kale, bush beans, beets, and spinach.

Next, Fully Raw Kristina guides us in making an ecstatic papaya, mango, pineapple ice cream.
