Our delight to share with you some videos that pulsate with aliveness.

First, we create an almond, walnut pumpkin pie. We begin by creating a crust from dates, raisins, ground up golden flaxseed and black sesame seeds. We  add honey and coconut oil to help bind things together.

We then put chunks of pumpkin in a food processor along with banana, and heaping tablespoons of almond butter, walnut butter and Flame raisins along with Maple Syrup, honey, and cinnamon. This is the filling. We pour on top of the pie crust and put in the freezer for 3 hours or so-  voila! - a no bake pumpkin pie!

Then Ben with Grow Veg tells us why April is the most important sowing month of the year. He starts with carrots. What a depth of flavor compared with the ones you grow in a store! Then zucchini, a plant synonymous with  abundance - it keeps on giving. Cucumbers, but of course. Swiss chard, flavorful and productive and celery for delightful salads through the long summer months. Then flowers to attract color, buzz, movement and joy to the garden.

Next, Fully Raw Kristina shows us how to create a creamy, basil, mint, pesto pasta. Watch her make some incredible zucchini noodles.

Bob and Brad exhort seniors to properly warm up, not do too much too soon and practice balance training.
