Dear brothers and sisters,

It makes us sad that little or nothing is said about prevention.

We got to do it our selves. What better beginning then by drinking wheatgrass? As Brian Clement the director of Hippocrates Institute says, “When you are taking this chlorophyll rich grass you're virtually injecting your body with new blood”. Indeed, you are super charging your blood.

Now the usual way is to make use of a wheatgrass juicer. The result is a powerfully concentrated juice. But, in our opinion, you can get much the same result by simply putting some wheatgrass into a blender with spring water.

We recommend keeping it in your refrigerator and partaking throughout the day.

But we dare not stop there. Let us go on with intermittent fasting, vigorous exercise and Victory Gardens.

As Victor Hugo has said, All the forces in the world are not so powerful as an idea whose time has come.

Contest ends August 12th

A new report backed by the United Nations last week warned that humans must ramp up efforts to sustainably use and protect the world’s flora and fauna to avoid the extinction of thousands of species that billions of people rely on for survival every day — whether they know it or not.

After more than four years of preparation by 85 experts from around the world, drawing from scientific data as well as Indigenous people’s knowledge, the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) released its report showing people across the globe depend on 50,000 wild plant and animal species for food, energy, medicine and other purposes.

“Without wild species, our whole planet unravels,” said Pablo Pacheco, an author of the report and a scientist at the World Wide Fund for Nature. “Billions of people rely on wild species for food, medicine, energy and clean water.”
