Video: Avocado Apple Pie - No Bake, Alive & Organic

Dear brothers and sisters,

May I suggest that out of the depths of winter, we exemplify aliveness with an Avocado Apple Pie, alive and organic- of course!

We begin by making almond milk- one cup of spring water and a heaping tablespoon of our alive, organic almond butter. Blend. Voila’, it flashes into almond milk. So much fresher than what's been sitting on a store shelf since the dawn of the Cenozoic!

Let's add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and blend. Then 2 cups rolled oats and blend. Next scoop out an avocado and blend yet again. Chop two apples into cubes. Blend. Add 1/2 cup of Flame Raisins, a half teaspoon of cinnamon, a half teaspoon of vanilla, a tablespoon of our Hawaiian Honey and a tablespoon of our Vermont Maple Syrup. Blend and scoop into a pie dish lined with parchment paper. Top with chopped and pitted Medjool dates, walnuts and Flame Raisins. Keep in your fridge for 4 hours. There you have it- an Alive, organic Avocado Apple Pie.

Recipe: Raw Macadamia Nut Fudge Squares

Lightly sweetened with raw honey and a touch of sea salt, these fudge squares come together in minutes, and disappear almost as quickly!

Ingredients

1 cup raw macadamia nuts, or 1/2 cup macadamia nut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon raw honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

Toss the raw macadamia nuts into a high-powered blender or food processor, and grind into a nut butter consistency.
Add the rest of the ingredients, and process again until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the batter to a plate lined with parchment paper, and smooth with a spatula.
